THE NEW FLAGLER
INSTITUTE The Northwood Clock Tower begins its journey to landmark status! The infrastructure for the Northwood clock tower was positioned on February 28th, 2006. This unique structural element to The Flagler Institute for Rehabilitation Building is beginning its journey to landmark status for the Northwood community. West Palm Beach, Fl, March 1st, 2006: The Flagler Institute for Rehabilitation Building is a state of the art medical office building located at the beginning of the Northwood Community on Poinsettia Ave. The architects, Colome’ and Associates, in collaboration with The Flagler Institute wished to create a building that complemented the surrounding neighborhood. In designing the building several unique elements were incorporated to achieve this effect. The building is designed with the “Old Florida” style with metal roof and bahama shutters. But, the most unique element is a 42 foot clock tower with a four sided clock. This project is estimated for completion on May 31st 2006. In Recognition of Developer, Susan Kunkel
